Owner-Operator Tow Truck Partners in Buffalo and Erie County, NY
Run your own tow truck in Western New York? We send overflow on the same published numbers the customer sees, so the bill is never an argument.
How Overflow Works
When the queue is longer than the fleet, we send the job to a partner truck. The customer has already been quoted on the published formula: $50 to book, $110 to hook, $7 a loaded mile for a tow, a flat published price for roadside. You run the job the way the customer was told it would be run.
What You Need
A flatbed, a wheel-lift or both, insured and in order. A base somewhere in the areas we cover; the further from the West Side the better, because that is where our own truck is weakest. The ability to do a winch-out properly, because that is most of the winter. And the same rules we hold ourselves to: no highway or bridge work, no invented ETAs, no upsold flatbeds.
